A piece of 2000s pop history from the vault has officially arrived!
Ahead of the upcoming 25th anniversary edition of Britney Spears’ self-titled 2001 album Britney, a previously unreleased track titled “She’ll Never Be Me” has been officially released across all major streaming platforms.
Justin Timberlake co-wrote the track alongside Britney back during the album’s original recording sessions in 2001. While fans have long loved their iconic collaboration on “What It’s Like to Be Me”—which Justin co-wrote and provided signature background vocals for—“She’ll Never Be Me” offers another rare look into their creative work together during that era.
The new single “She’ll Never Be Me” is available to stream right now, and the full Britney (25th Anniversary Edition) album is currently available for pre-order ahead of its November 6 release date.
Check out the new track and pre-order the album via Apple Music and Spotify.
