Justin Timberlake is showing his support for his niece, Zaya Biel, in a special way! The Grammy and Emmy Award-winning entertainer will join Zaya on the runway at the 19th annual Be Beautiful Be Yourself Fashion Show, hosted by the Global Down Syndrome Foundation (GLOBAL), on Saturday, November 7, 2026, in Denver, Colorado.
Zaya, who was named a GLOBAL Ambassador in 2024, will be joined by her uncle Justin, who is making his first appearance at the annual event. His participation continues the family’s longstanding support of GLOBAL and its mission to improve the lives of people with Down syndrome through research, medical care, education, and advocacy.
Justin shared his excitement about the event and his pride in Zaya’s accomplishments:
“Jessica and I adore Zaya, and we couldn’t be prouder of the remarkable difference she is making in the world,” said Timberlake. “Every person with Down syndrome deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential, and that’s why GLOBAL’s work means so much to our family.”

Zaya is the daughter of Jessica Biel’s brother, Justin Biel, and his wife, Rose. Her parents are dedicated advocates for their daughter, with Rose serving on the Sie Center for Down Syndrome Development Board. Together, they work to ensure Zaya has the resources and support she needs to live a healthy and fulfilling life.
Jessica has been a longtime supporter of the fashion show, attending the event for the past two years. GLOBAL President and CEO Michelle Sie Whitten praised the family’s dedication and expressed appreciation for Jessica’s continued involvement, sharing how thrilled the organization was to learn that Justin would be attending in her place this year, despite her filming schedule.
Now in its 19th year, the Be Beautiful Be Yourself Fashion Show is the world’s largest fundraiser for Down syndrome, bringing together more than 1,400 guests. The annual event features models with Down syndrome alongside celebrity escorts, with proceeds supporting GLOBAL’s groundbreaking research, specialized medical care, education, and advocacy initiatives.
This year’s event will take place on Saturday, November 7, at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel in Denver, Colorado. Joining Justin and Zaya will be fellow celebrity supporters Geena Davis and Christian Slater, along with 2026 Quincy Jones Exceptional Advocacy Award recipients Maria Menounos and Kennedy Garcia.
