*NSYNC “Bye Bye Bye” – Netflix’s Building the Band Group Soulidified Brings the Classic to Life

If you haven’t seen Netflix’s new music competition series Building the Band yet, this performance is the perfect reason to check it out, especially for *NSYNC fans.

In the finale (Episode 10), the newly formed boy band Soulidified performed the iconic *NSYNC hit “Bye Bye Bye,” and their performance was a total standout. The group features Landon Boyce, Malik Heard, Shade Jenifer, and Bradley Rittmann – four talented vocalists brought together through the show’s sight-unseen format, where groups are created based on vocal blend rather than appearance.

When the guys originally came together, they chose the name Soulidified. In Episode 9, judge Liam Payne suggested a simpler name. By Episode 10, they were reintroduced as Iconyx, though it now appears they’ve gone back to using Soulidified.

The group placed third overall, and their performance of “Bye Bye Bye” offered a fun and fresh take on the *NSYNC classic. Their vocals, energy, and group dynamic showed clear respect for the original while putting their own spin on it.

I watched the entire Building the Band series and really enjoyed following Soulidified’s journey from the start. They quickly became one of my favorite groups on the show, and I’ll definitely be keeping an eye on what they do next.

Soulidified recently shared a video on Instagram singing the chorus of Justin Timberlake’s “Mirrors.” Their harmonies sound great on it, and it’s a fun moment for fans of JT to enjoy.
