Justin Timberlake & Jimmy Fallon to Release Bromance Christmas Song “You’ll Be There”

Justin Timberlake and Jimmy Fallon are releasing a new holiday song, “You’ll Be There,” celebrating their legendary friendship. The track is featured on Fallon’s upcoming Christmas album Holiday Seasoning, out November 1st.

On a recent episode of The Tonight Show, the duo shared some hilarious behind-the-scenes moments from recording the song. Timberlake joked about how they ended up in the iconic Electric Lady studios, saying, “We had no business recording this song at such a fantastic, world famous studio,” to which Fallon quickly replied, “What are you talking about? This is a high quality song!”

The session, which should have taken a couple of hours, stretched into eight or nine because they couldn’t stop laughing. Fallon described “You’ll Be There” as a playful song about their bromance, with Timberlake adding, “It’s us saying, like, ‘Hey, you’ll be there. You’ll be there for me this Christmas.’”

The song kicks off with a ukulele, which Timberlake joked, “Nothing says Christmas like a ukulele.” The pair teased a few lines: “Tell me you’ll be there / Whenever the snow starts falling … Tell me that you’ll be there / The only thing on my wishlist is that you’ll be home for Christmas.” Fans can expect more fun like this when Holiday Seasoning drops on November 1st! Pre-order the album now.
