Justin Timberlake – ‘Man Of The Woods’ Album 7th Anniversary

Celebrating 7 Years of Man Of The Woods!

Seven years ago today, on February 2, 2018, Justin Timberlake released his fifth studio album, Man of the Woods. A genre-blending project that showcased his signature mix of R&B, pop, funk, soul, and Americana, the album was inspired by his roots and family, particularly his son Silas, whose name means “wood” or “of the forest.”

The album’s production was handled by Justin himself alongside an impressive roster of collaborators, including The Neptunes, Timbaland, Danja, J-Roc, Eric Hudson, and Rob Knox. With 16 tracks, Man of the Woods delivered a fresh and experimental sound while maintaining Justin’s signature style.

The highly successful tour blended outdoor-inspired visuals with cutting-edge production, bringing the album’s themes to life in one of his most immersive live experiences. Over 13 months, it grossed over $226.3 million from 115 shows, making it his second most successful tour. It was the sixth-highest-grossing tour of 2018, selling over 1.75 million tickets and setting records at multiple venues, including Rupp Arena and Oklahoma City’s Chesapeake Energy Arena. The tour also earned a nomination for Best Pop Tour at the 30th Pollstar Awards.

A Unique and Personal Album
